AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Consultant for employment in the Arlington, VA office. AECOM is pleased to include you in a unique development opportunity, the Graduate Development Program (GDP). This program is designed to support your assimilation into the organization and assist with creating a foundation of knowledge for a successful career at AECOM. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide analysis on projects
Execute work plans and task definition, participate in data collection
Participate in development of solutions to client problems with a focus on financial analysis and capital investment
Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, economics, finance, management, or applied mathematics with supporting skills in the areas of financial analysis, economic analysis, management consulting, business process improvement, or other relevant area
Understanding and insights in the fields of one or more of the following: transit asset management, financial planning, urban transportation planning, transit management and operations, rail management and operations, budget development and cost allocation principles
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with quantitative analysis tools and presenting deliverable products to clients in both written and oral form
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to adapt/respond to changes in client expectations.
