Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Document Control Administrator for immediate employment for the Morrisville, NC office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • Provide document control services across a number of related projects

  • Establish and implement processes to perform a controlled distribution of project documents in accordance with client requirements

  • Provide project support services to support the efficient working of the teams

  • Review, coordinate and log competency and verification requirements of resources, update and maintain engineering competency records

  • Ability to run administrative functions on project related software, in regards to granting/modifying access and sites.

  • Maintain and file reproduced document originals and revisions for easy retrieval. Assist in preparing monthly department reports.

  • Provide project and program support in such areas as cost accounting, organize meetings, project correspondence, meeting minutes

  • Create reports for management, assist with presentation preparation, status reporting, files, databases, and document control

Minimum Requirements

  • High level of skill in coordinating and maintaining a document management system including developing process improvement initiatives

  • High level of problem solving, time management and organizational skills

  • 0-2 years of work-related experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge and ability to assist with coordination of project construction administration requirements

  • Knowledge of document control tools and setup, scope control and change management procedures

  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, collaborative, highly motivated, and highly responsive while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on Federal Contracts

  • Knowledge of URS/AECOM systems; Oracle, Proliance, Salesforce, ePM, and Sharepoint
